We started out specializing in corporate offices, office planning and leisure projects and have extensive experience and knowledge to successfully satisfy our client's needs. We immerse ourselves in our client's business, to completely understand how it works. For example, we learn the office and work on the best office layout to incorporate future changes in the design and to establish how they would like to be seen by the outside world. Once the functional and practical aspects have been ascertained, we embark on the creative aspects. We believe no two projects are the same and will always have its own identity.

Each project has its own requirements and to guarantee success, we will call on experts such as sound and structural engineers, AC consultants, landscape designers and lighting experts when we feel it warranted. All of whom have been associated with the firm for years.

We started top end residential projects in 2005 due to requests from existing corporate clients and their complete trust in our vision and abilities. Our aim is to provide an environment suitable to the client's lifestyle, where he/she can function optimally and also be proud to be associated with.

We have done extensive international work. On a national level we concentrate on Cape Town and Johannesburg.
